Now this was a huge help with my 2 yr old busy Grandson...he played and tried to reach the water with his face but couldn't...which was what we hoped for, yet he did reach with his hands to splash so he was content for about an hour with us all huddled around him in the lake. Not good to wear the life jacket while the child is in this though.... but we held on to the side and pushed him around in it - he likes to spin so we did that too. Very useful and sturdy.

My 16 month old wants to get in the pool and swim alone with her 8 year old big brother. We've tried a number of other products and this is the only one she likes and we feel confident enough to leave her in while he is in the pool.
