I use the product in our YMCA pool and it works fine. I'd give it a 5, but I don't really have anything to compare it with.

Ordered 2 sizes: medium and large - medium came in grey/blue, large in black/blue.
Not too many complains except:
- some leakage (both goggles)
- my husband's goggles (black/blue) fogged up easier than mine ( even supposed to be same product)
- on the other hand his bag (they came in with) had an additional little pocket - convenient for storing smaller items.
All together: good product for occasional snorkeling adventures.

I was worried because it was a holiday weekend when we ordered, but Our equipment arrived two days before we left for a two week trip to Tulum area. Just as they promised.
We opened it and were very satisfied, but the question was would it work good for us in the open water.
The mask adjustments work great easy to adjust as you are snorkeling, and the fins too. You can loosen and tighten up very easily.
the mask did not leak at all, the fit was great.
My husband got hit by a large wave as he was walking in to shore backwards, it flew him and his fin hit a rock very hard. Right on the clip to adjust it and hold the strap tight. He lost the adjusting clip, or it broke on the rocks don't know, But he rigged it up and they still worked great for the ocean and the cenote's. We used them twice a day for at least 12 of the 14 days.
We will have to get a replacement for the broken part, we will see how that goes.
