I'm a size 2 in jeans and got a small and they were actually a bit to loose on me from what I normally like. I have to jump in a lot and I wear them often and after about 5 months it's starting to show but still really good price for it.

The Shorts are great quality and fit well! the guards like the fact you can roll them once and have the white trim and still look good. The small are really small though, my small teen guards fit in a medium. I think the small are for 8-10 yr kids
