I use this for swimming laps in a lightly heated pool and it is wonderful. It does not bind and keeps me just the right temperature; not too hot. I might could have gotten by with a ML but that was not available. I am 5' 10"/ 170 and the Large fits me well with a little room in the underarms. It is very easy to get on and off and does not inhibit my swimming strokes in any way. I highly recommend it.

it fit me like a glove....and repels the cold water nicely as i am in therapy and have to be careful not to catch a cold. i love how it fits me snugly. I am happy about my purchase and  would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Sizing seemed suspicious for the "ML" description, but it fits me at 5'10", 190lbs.  Thanks again.

This one is great, I teach water aerobics for 24 hour fitness, and this one is great for cold pools.

I was looking for a reasonably priced suit to get into open water swimming. The suits fits me well (true to size) and feels very nice. Looking forward to trying it.
