I wear this suit almost every day for highschool team practice and so far the colors are holding up perfectly. The butt of the suit however; isn't. After just a few weeks of wearing it the butt is ultra thin and is really loose. Overall it is a really pretty suit but it should be fully lined.

I swim a mile 3-4 days a week. This means, I tend to go through suits more quickly than the average person - even with careful care and soaking after swims, etc. I only like to wear TYR and since I go through suits more quickly, stick with what I can get more inexpensively (tried the expensive ones and they wear out just as quickly.) This is how I ended up with the Belmont Plaid Diamondback... it will supposedly last longer and was a steal. It doesn't have much give due to the composition of fibers, so I'd say it fits true to size as competitive suits are meant to be tightly worn. If you are used to that, you won't have a problem. I generally tend to wear the thicker TYR straps so for me, it feels as if the thinner ones dig in a bit but nothing overly annoying. The colors are BRIGHT. Much brighter than I expected. The pattern is not flattering. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. It's a great price for a practice suit. However, if you're going for fashion or flattering, not quite a fit so that's why it gets 4 stars instead of 5.

This suit fits perfectly. My daughter uses it for swim team workouts 5 days a week during the summer. It is comfortable and attractive. As it is our first polyester suit we expect better wear, but only time will tell.
