This product is poor quality plastic and doesn't work very well as water weights. Don't waste your time and money. Not worth the shipping or return shipping.

I wanted these so that I could change the resistance level as I exercised. I found it was almost impossible to adjust them. I had to take them home so my husband could change the position and as such can only use one level at a time. There are no instructions and no suggested exercise moves. I am concern that the "adjusting mechanism" will snap very soon due the the fact that it is so hard to move.

These are perfect for any kind of pool exercises. I especially like the ability to adjust the flow/resistance. Solid construction.

I ordered 13 paddles and we all really like the resistance they have. If you have bad wrists, etc. you can close them for less resistance. The only drawback is that some of the ladies have a hard time opening and closing the paddles.
