These yellow rings are big enough (for the big girls like me) and fit nicely on the arm or ankle. I finally don''t have to chase an unknotted noodle around the pool and can get a great leg workout.

I USE THEM AS WEIGHTS IN MY POOL. THEY ALSO ALLOW ME TO DO UPRIGHT WALKING IN POSITION AT DEEP END OF POOL. I'VE USED THEM DAILY AS PART OF MY EXERCISE PROGRAM. AS I AM NOT A STRONG SWIMMER, THE THER-A-FLOATS GIVE ME THAT EXTRA BOOST OF CONFIDENCE WHILE I INCREASE MY STRENGTH.

I just got diagnosed w/ arthritis of the spine and also degenerative disc disease. These floats are PERFECT for just 'hanging' in the deep end of my pool...since I can't tread water for more than 5 seconds! I 'hang' for about one-half hour, and do some mild exercises bringing my knees up to my chest one at a time and sideways twists etc. So far, these floats are the only thing that are helping 'stretch' my spine. Even showed these to my chiropractor and he might order them for some patients to try. I feel they fit very well. I'm 5 ft.6 inches and weigh approx. 180 lbs. They are not tight on my upper arms nor do they slide off. And, they hold me up very well in the water.

I used these before for my handicap son. The cut out for under the arms is a great improvement. They keep him a float with our supervision.

I can't swim so I took them on my trip to Mexico. They worked well and kept me above even the big waves. They were, however, larger than I expected. I got the smaller of the two (yellow size medium) and they are huge. They took almost half of my suitcase. Imagine a plate that's as thick as a new bed pillow...well that's one of them. And the arm holes are kind of big too. They stay on in the water, but they easily fall off when you stand up. I guess theye make them big enough for male arms. I'm about 135 puunds.
