20 month old loves these especially when she can put them over mommy's head once she has retreived them. Wonderful product. Sinks to the bottom but stands upright. Perfect to dive down and swoop up without having to struggle at the bottom trying to pick up. Used at swimming class and just had to purchase for our pool as well.
