These are a great addition to my workout. Just enough (1 pound) to feel in repetitive exercises. They dry fairly quickly and stay put on my wrist. I have not tried them on my ankles yet...

The weights are very difficult to put on unless there is someone there to help. As I do water aerobics the velcro loosens up, and I constantly worry that they may fall off into the deep end of the pool. I am not really impressed with them.

I am a collegiate swimmer and I have enjoyed using these weights for training the past two weeks now. I use them both on my wrist and on my ankles to help with my strokes. They are great for working on breakouts and sprint fly. The only downside to them is the strap length is a little short so it makes it somewhat difficult to get on. Overall, these weights are a good buy and will help any person get better at their kicking. An FYI: The size of the weights can be deceiving. I have the 1.5 lb. weights and I can only use them for sprinting because they are too heavy for anything slower than that. If you want to use them for slower swimming I would suggest the smaller weights.

Love the weights. However, I purchased the .5 pound and wish I had gotten the heavier ones.
