In regard to the last comment, I just wanted to comment that I understood "Board shorts" by definition have no liner/mesh underpant.

	On the thin side

The swim trunks are cute, however, a bit on the thin side. There is no lining which I wasn't aware of. Not sure if it mentions it in the description. I'm use to seeing liners in swim trunks for boys. Haven't used them swimming yet so I don't know how they function.
