My son gets terrible heat rash on his upper arms and upper legs and is also allergic to sun screen. I bought this suit hoping that it would protect his arms and legs and then I wouldn't have to use sunscreen - and it works perfect. He loves his "sunsuit" and it has kept him rash free when he's been in the pool or at the lake.
