I chose the size according to the size chart, but was still too big.   But that's better than too small, at least my son can grow into it!

these suits are so much easier for little ones to learn swimming strokes than the big, baggy swim trunks so often seen. this outfit ran big; we needed to order a full size smaller and it was still a bit big. the quality was excellent and the style rocks!
