I needed a light-weight board to take the stress off my shoulders after I got tendonitis, and this board is perfect! I don't have to push hard - if at all - to get it to sit below the water, and the ridges for streamline & one-arm kicking are fantastic! I would recommend this board to anyone :)

Excellent shape that improves aerodynamics in the water. Arm ridges in exactly the right places, too. It doesn't get any better than this.

I will say it is much easier to grip this thing than the standard ones at my pool. Previously, I had a hard time doing one handed drills and using multiple grip positions. Now I don't have that problem. My hands are xl in size and I can still get a grip. The one thing about this is that its just slightly smaller than the normal kickboards. I get enough buoyancy, but it its a bit less than normal. I do wish they made them bigger but I am a big 200lb guy and I'm guessing most swimmers are not. You might say, "oh well you should float better fatso!" No! Its all muscle and don't call me fatso!

The board is the perfect size and the design fits my body. I have a larger upper body and shoulders and the board allows me to slide myself a little further down on the board and stay aerodynamic. Also works well for my one-armed side kick sessions. Enjoy.
