I ordered a large lifeguard tankini and it wouldn't fit me; I wear a medium and am a size 10 on top, and the tankini was just too tight. I could barely get it over my head.
Then I ordered an XL identical tankini, and it too is still way too tight. I will be returning both of them to SwimOutlet.com as they have never been worn and both have their original tags on them. I'm giving up on a tankini for use during lifeguarding, and will stick w/ a one-piece when I can find one that fits.
The first one-piece lifeguard bathing suit (red, conservative leg openings) which I ordered is too small also. I ordered a size 36, then a size 38, and then in a different style, a 40. The first two were two small. The size 40 fits, but it has the kind of leg openings which are not conservative, and I have never been comfortable wearing that kind of bathing suit. Therefore, I am returning all three as they too have never been worn and still have their original tags.
I placed two more orders from SwimOutlet.com to try to find a one-piece which fits. They have not yet arrived via shipping. I'm hoping to find two suits which fit: one to wear on duty as a lifeguard, and one to wear for swimming.
I like the fact that SwimOutlet.com offers swimsuits which have soft molded cups. A shelf bra is not my first choice. I also like the fact that you have conservative leg openings on some models, and that you have lifeguard swimsuits available. A big plus for me is knowing that some of your swimsuits are more chlorine resistant than the average bathing suit. I swim in a chlorinated pool several times a week.
Also, the customer service rep whom I spoke w/ once on the phone was superlative in his courtesy and willingness to help me.
I believe all your products are good quality and the prices can't be beat. Thank you for serving the public with outstanding swimwear. I just need to find something that fits me w/ a soft-cup bra and conservative legs. I know I'll find the right one soon. Thank you.
Sincerely, Deborah McGhan
