These are great for my class, but they run large.  So, I would suggest ordering 1/2 to 1 size smaller than your dress shoe size.  They are very comfortable.

Very comfortable shoe to protect my feet from the pebbley beach & hot side walk.  I tend to get blisters when wearing flip flops on the beach.  No blisters wearing these shoes.  I wear a 8 1/2 - 9 women's shoe and I had to exchange the size 8 for a size 7.

I use my water shoes to walk a mile in water daily and twice a week in aqua aerobics class.   The insoles have already come out and i've had them for less then a month.

I use my shoes in water exercises.  I did order a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfect.

I tried them on and was disappointed that they were to big.  I will just give them away and order a smaller size.  Costs more to send them back.

I normally wear a wemons size nine which is what I ordered.  When the shose came they were roughly an inch too big.  I ended up giving them to my friend who wears a 10, and she said they were even a bit big on her.
