I wear my rashguard to prevent sunburn when I swim outside. Overall, this is a pretty good product. My only complaint is that it's a little too loose in the arms. Be sure to check the sizing chart before ordering, as their sizes run a little small. I wear a 4 or 6 in most clothes, but I ordered a 10 in this (based on their sizing chart), and it fits just right, other than the arms being a little too loose.
