I am a small person....5'1" so I ordered the small nose clip.  Well, it actually hurt to put the thing on my nose.  I have never used it.  I have no idea what size I should have ordered because it only states generic sizes like small, medium and large.  I would assume being petite with a "small" nose, I would order the small size.  But I guess not!
