I do synchronized swimming and this by far is the best noseclip I have EVER come across! It is comfortable and never falls off. If you need to by a noseclip, get this one!!!

Really comfy! This is the first time ever I've been able to find nose plugs I've been able to stand wearing! I bought the mediums, being a relatively average adult woman, and they stayed on for half a flip-turn practice before being lost on the bottom of the pool. I'd get smalls if I were getting them again. (Though I've learned how to turn without getting water up my nose now, so I guess they did the trick.)

So glad I found these nose clips. They stay on better than any other nose clip I have tried. It has a good grip. Some days I need to get out my little towel to dry off my nose and clip and put it back on. I found that a wet nose makes the clip slip especially if the swim workout is hard. Sweat and oil probably? It just sticks better when it is put on a dry nose.
I have been using the Bettertimes nose clip for years for my synchro class as I was told by an old timer synchro coach it can't be beat for price, quality and one size fits all. I tend to disagree with the one size fits all. Little kids need smaller clips especially if they have small noses. As for me, I am a small person with a small nose. I had the same problem as the kids with the one size fits all.
