Easy to use for running, and/or heart rate monitor for spinning. I buy a new one every few years after the band breaks.

	Nice watch, but HR monitor iffy

I got this to replace my Polar HR monitor because I would wear my Polar monitor watch and my Timex chrono watch together. This combines the two! However, I learned (after selling my Polar) that the the montior part of this isn't very good. It is unreliable and only works intermittently on less than half a workout. I've adjusted the band, used recommended gel and nothing will increase the sensitivity. I only use the watch portion of it now. If you're looking for a reliable HRM then go with Polar or, better yet, Garmin.

Works great, easy to see and does what I was hoping it would do. Very accurate, as I checked it with my doctors equipment. Comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.
