I love these tops, i have three and they re great . I find that the large for women was too small so I took a medium man and it's perfect. The extra large for women is ok. too.

Ordered a medium first, which is what I usually wear, but then had to exchange to large, which was the correct fit. Otherwise, the quality is like any other rashguard I have used.

I consider myself a large M (sometimes an L) in most shirts, so following the suggestions to size up, I ordered an L. Feels like a second skin on land, but got too loose in the water. I now know that I always need to get an M (or MT) when buying surf gear. Both the M and the L hug my skin, but the M hugs it tighter, and this is better when you're in the water. I could use some of the length of the L, but I can't stand looseness in the water.

I've used this for about 2 weeks for lap swimming. The fit is tight (it's perfect), it has plenty of stretch lycra for easy on and off and basically it works great. It doesn't impede my stroke or slow me down... It does what I was hoping - to protect me from the sun without a lot of sunscreen......
