I actually returned these and kept the Bravo Double Shaper Inserts.  I think that these are supposed to "push up" what you already have--so, if you don't already have much (like me)--you just have pads on the side & an awkward shape.  I would guess these would work better for larger breasted women.  I am an A/B cup.
