I wet my hair first - I have found that works better, then I put my silicone cap on and it does not slide during my work out. I really like the smell of the product. It does protect my hair. I have very very dry hair so it does not really add moisterizer but does protect against the chlorine drying it out and making it very frizzy.

i swim 5 days a week. I rinse my hair with cool water then apply. After swimming I rinse then shampoo and condition my hair with sulfate free products. My hair looks great. I am over 40 and get compliments on my long healthy hair. No one guesses I swim due to my hair, but my shoulders give it away.....

this pre-swim product seems pretty good. My hair does not seem as brittle as it was before I started using it. Im in the pool 90 min to 2 hours 4-5 days a week so my hair takes a beating from the chlorine

Well, I'm onto my 2nd tube of reflect H20 -- I wet my hair, apply it, and pull on my bathing cap -- I have a good silicone cap, but it rides up a bit, and I think if I could get a cap that would stay in place more, it would increase the effectiveness of this produce. It's definitely better than swimming without it, but I still need to do weekly home-kit chlorine removal treatments and deep conditioning to keep my hair from being coarse. But, much better than it would be without it.

if you MUST swim you MUST use this product.
my hair is blonde, long and fine if I still want it to look shiny and beautiful i have to put this on under my cap!!

i bought all 3 H2O products and use them together.
i have very fine blonde high-lighted hair and this shampoo is really good without drying your hair out too much or turning it into cotton candy.
