I recently lost some weight and since then, I have been really cold while swimming. When I heard the lifeguard say the pool heater wasn''t working, I came home and ordered this shirt. I swam in it today and was not cold, even though pool temp had dropped to 78 F. I am also planning on wearing it for downhill skiing this winter. The only thing is I wish the sleeves had thumb holes to keep the sleeves down but I probably will add those myself. I am 5''8" and about 135 lbs. A medium fit me really well and the sleeves are long enough. If you are a cold swimmer, buy this, you won''t regret it!

I tried the top out in the pool and wore it for about a half an hour during my workout. It does a great job at keeping your core warm.  The water does not seep through the neck, sleeves or waist area. I''m very happy with it! However, I believe there is a bit of drag so if you''re going for speed, you''ll have to really push yourself to keep up with your regular time. Taking it off once your body heats up is what worked for me.

Was bought to keep me warmer during the tough mudder challenge, since i hate being cold. Product worked well keeping me warmer in cold water as well as outside the water. Material is strong for what I put it through and a good quality. Size was a little difficult to judge and though it was a Snug fit around the waist I could still breath and move well. Liked it a lot. Also pretty easy to clean as well.

Great Product, keeps me warm in a cool pool.

This was thick  in the front so it will be good for cool weather.  I also don't feel like I'm exposing myself too much.  I haven't been wearing a bra or bathingsuit under the rashguards, but I don't want to flash headlights.  It was form fitting but not too tight.
