This CD does not show moves by example, rather, it is a board game. not stop action and actual play footage showing the moves as they apply to the board. A beginning player cannot actually see how the moves are made by a water polo team-both offensive and defensive and back up action. Know that there is very limited action, mostly locker-room type board descriptions of moves; there are no returns.
