The top provides al the support you need. I am a B cup and I felt a bit restricted around the chest area but performance didnt suffer. I only mention this because I am not sure how a C or higher cup would do with the top. The length is fun and different--a bit longer than a bra. Overall i think it is a great tri top but I still have to get used to the length.
