I WASNT SURE WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THESE AND THOUGHT MAYBE THE "RECOVERY" SOCK THING WAS JUST A HYPE BUT I WAS PROVEN 100% WORNG. THESE SOCKS ARE AMAZING, THEY FEEL AWESOME AFTER A HARD TRAINING DAY AND BEST OF ALL IS THEY WORK......YOU CAN LITERALLY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE THE NEXT DAY AS YOU ARE READY FOR TRAINING ALL OVER AGAIN. WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT!!

You know, I was skeptical about these. But, after a nice 15 mile run, I wore them to lounge around and rest. I wasn't sore afterward! Now how much these socks had to do with that, I don't really know, but I'm giving them the credit. As I continue my marathon training, I think they'll come in handy.
