The shorts sit rather low on the waist as all mens attire seems to these days. If you are used to having your shorts or pants sit at the waist or above you won't like these. The shorts are fine for young men with no expanded mid section. If you are middle aged and not in shape you will look silly in these. I'm just saying...    Oh Im 51 and I kept them.
