Very easy to use.  Worked well in class settings for suspended work or arm only exercises. Much more stable than noodles. Be careful when the stickers start to come off.  The foam comes right off with them.  Have only had for a couple weeks and there are already holes where the stickers were.

I find it easy to get tangled in this and would worry about children getting pushed underneath it. I only use it occasionally ... not as helpful as I had hoped.

An easy way to exercise lower extremities (duck paddling) or it can be used to kick back on while relaxing in pool. Great versitable pool toy for fun,exercising or relaxing!

The Aqua Duck is superior to noodles.  It offers more bouyancy and freedom.  Love it....love it.....love it

I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis so water exercise is a must for me, but its uncomfortable to have something attached to my waist. This product is great because you can sit on it in deep or shallow water and do all sorts of leg and arm exercises without something attached to you. I didn't have any problem with arm movements as above review stated, maybe the Aqua Duck was too far in front. Great versatile product.

Arms hit into configuration of the ends, makes it very difficult to use
comfortably.
