it doesnt work for people 5 foot 3 and under.  Its fin  is  longer than my nee to my toes wich makes swimming very off balanced. The fin also weighs oproxamety 7 pounds. Only buy it  if you plan on only using it for boring fitness.The Finess tempo monofin does not work at all!!

I used this project in my friends pool. It gives you a great kick underwater and you can swim like a mermaid which is awesome. The only problem with it is that its buckle comes abit loose when you dive into a pool. But basically, I love my monofin.

The back heel straps tend to slide off.  Probably will invest in some fin socks to see if that helps hold them on better.  Aside from that, the monofin is great for training.

I never thought staying afloat would be so easy. It's a lot of fun. The only thing that I'm having trouble with is that after a few minutes of exercise it tends to slip off despite a very tight strap. Any suggestions?
Other than that, it's a great product.
