Last year I bought an expensive Speedo swim top and Speedo swim shorts to match. I'm 5'5, 140 pounds, with a bit of a tummy, and swim tops have almost no tummy control. The shorts were low-waisted so the whole thing looked awful. This skirted pant fits at the waist, has tummy control, is very comfortable, and makes a good overall look that fits in the water or at lunch, better than shorts or a skirt over a bathing suit since I don't have much of a waist.
