I bought it for general boating , camping & fishing, riding on the 4 wheeler way out in the woods & don't have to worry about it getting wet or muddy ... I like it.

This seems to be well built and very secure in the sheath. It is a little heavy (as expected with stainless) but if you desire it to be lighter a bold and a cap bolt can easily replace the butt end cap. I'm happy with the product can't wait to get it out in the water, hopefully i never have to use it.
