I love these ear plugs. I had a pair a couple of year ago and the pull taq recently snapped. I am desperately trying to locate a UK provider and will be ordering serveral pairs once I find one. If you struggle to get them in your ears buy some medical grade olive oil from a chemist. Then coat the earplugs in oil each time you swim. A bit messy but it also provides a protective and moisturising coating on the inner ear which should prevent the ear canal from drying out and cracking which is how most ear infections start. Since I have used this method I have not had an ear infection. Also I dont loose these ones as they are always with my goggles.

These are okay, and I like the big ends that make sure they don't get lost.  I can hear through them well.  But they're a little big for my ears (I'm an adult), the plastic's more rigid than some and I get a sore ear if I wear them for too long.  Not enough to buy different ones - I'll use these till I lose them.

These were terrible for me.  I attempted to wear them for my hour workout and had to remove them long before i finished.  I bought them for the little pull tab for ease of removal.  I found that they were hard to get in my ear even when moistened.  Once in the ear i had to push them very far in to get the seal.  The seal never seemed to work well.  My ears hurt the rest of the day.

I don't even know how these are supposed to work. I'm not sure if its because I have small ears or what, but they just do'nt to it for me.
