I don''t actually use it as a kickboard but for balancing exercises, sitting on it in the pool and exercising legs. I have multiple sclerosis and this exercise helps my balance when I''m out of the water. Thank God for kick boards!

Everybody in my pool has one of these, so I just had to try it. It is great when I just want to do laps while resting my arms. Now I can swim longer.

If you need a kickboard for a training session, these are great. They are the same quality as name brand boards and they are not as expensive.
