I'm new to using fins during workouts. These are great. Sizing was perfect easy to slip on and off didn't feel like the top of my foot was being cut into by the edge. This is another great purchase of equipment that keeps me in the pool.

The fins do not feel substantial but for $17 - they will work. I feel like they may tear at the heel and I've used them 3 times. Hope not.

I use these in my swim lessons and the kids have built their confidence level tremendously. They definitely help the kids feel how the kick is supposed to feel when they swim.
