The material is awesome and the large is a great fit for me. (5.11, 195 lbs. small pot belly) It streches well in the water as you swim and gives you great freedom to move around (like second skin). I like how it looks and feels. Color remains the same, it has not faded at all but then I have not used it in chlorinated water which apparently is a no no for this suit.

Product use includes lifting, weight lifting, bike riding, running and swimming. Positive things about the product is soft light weight fabric. Negative aspects are tight upper body fit and price.

Have worn the tri suit in several events. Have had no problem with the stitching, maybe pearl izumi addressed this problem. The suit is nice and form fitting, so swimming is effortless with nothing providing drag. While on the bike the fabric kept me cool, and had enough compression to assist in keeping the muscles fresh. Running, again the wicking ability of the fabric is fantastic and I remained dry even on hot days. no chafing noted at all. love the suit.

The stitching around the arms comes undone. This is the third one Ive tried and ALL OF THEM have had this problem. Not a problem if it was a $50 suit you just need to get you through your next tri, but for $240, its just inexcusable.
