These slip on easily, protect feet in public showers.   I exercise by walking in the water in the pool, these work well to protect my feet from rough spots on the pool bottom.

I had to cut the elastic for my elderly mother to even wear these in her walk in tub.  The first time she used them the elastic made an indentation all around her feet that was very painful.  Elastic a bit less tight would still be effective, but not so hurtful.
