A little heavy but very confortable
Comfortable, however must order atleast one size larger that you would normally use. Especially if you have a high instep.
I am 45 and started swimming late in life. I have no kick what so ever so I started using the oldschool speedo fins and I started seeing improvements. I got to comfortable with them so it was time to go small. The first two weeks with the biofuse fins I was huffing & puffing because now I had to kick. In two weeks already I am seeing major improvements in my stroke and now when I remove the biofuse fins My kick is there. It's a great tool for any level of swimmer.
Using these for body surfing, body boarding, short freediving / spearfishing / sightseeing in the ocean. Work well so far. Silicone won't break down in the heat, so I leave them in the car or 'yak with no worries, no rubber stench. Neutral (saltwater) density keeps your feet in the water where they belong. Sizes are way small -- I'm a wide 10.5 and the "11-12 XL" are just right in bare feet, but plenty wide, which is a good thing. The "12-13 XXL" fit great with 5mm neoprene booties, a legit size 12 could not wear these with bare feet.
This is a great fin which gives you a great work out. The solicone is gentle against the skin as well.
Never owned my own fins before and I took a cue from the other reviewers here and bought a size larger than my feet and these have been a great purchase. Gives your legs a tough workout and with buying one size up they fit perfectly.
