Awesome lower body workout. Just make sure you are stretched and start slowly and build up. Am using these to recover from a ruptured Achilles and it has accelerated my strength recovery. |

My son wears a 10-101/2 shoe and the XL size fits great. This is our 4th pair of this same style fin. He keeps growing. The fins do not wear out or rip. |
