I am a casual swimmer and I bought these goggles for my laps in the indoor pool at my university gym. I got it in blue, as Speedo website states that blue is good for both indoor and outdoor swims. It is a perfect fit for me, it sits right at the fringe of my eye socket, suction cups make sure no water enters, the anti-fog is working fine for me.
The trick though is to adjust the straps and the nose stub to suit you. I had to change my nose stub, and it wasn't easy. It goes in easy, but doesn't come out that easy. But once I got the right fit for me, it's been the best pair of goggles I have used.
