This is a good piece of water equipment. I am five feet even, doing water aerobics in 6 to 7 feet of water in which I cannot place my feet flat on the floor of the pool. This floatation belt keeps me from going under (as I have not mastered the art of swimming yet) while trying to do what the instructor is showing us. I feel comfortable in the water with this belt on. |

The aqua belt seems to ride too far up on my daughter no matter how far down she pulls it and tightens it. It's a little bit more difficult for her to do her aqua jogging because it floats up to her chest, but it still helps her float. |
