I use this in the deep swimming aqua exercise class. I'm a large woman and it fits well. Things that aren't so great about it I believe is just that I'm still having trouble getting it adjusted comfortably on me.

I purchased this belt along with weights and dumpbells to start water aerobics at home in a recently installed pool. The belt is very comfortable and stays in place. I have arthritic knees and joints and have been told that swimming and water aerobics would help my stiff joints. I would recommend this belt.
