Used for water aerobics -they are not as heavy as I would like. I was somewhat disappointed. I do try to rotate to use flat side for more resistance. Will continue to use, would not recommend.

We use these at the YMCA and really like them - that's why we bought some to take to the lake. Great product and liked reading the brochure showing health benefits. Also, delivered in timely fashion. Very happy

I do aquacise every weekday morning. Using the aquabells is part of the routine. Light and easy to carry in basket on my bike as I go to class. Can't think of any negatives.

I use the AquaJogger DeltaBells for Water Aerobics. They work well for me because I am short, a non-swimmer, and they give me the feeling of being bouyant and yet providing me with resistance while doing exercise.
