I use this belt for water aerobics class 4x per week.  For me it is a good fit but if you are over 135lbs. and taller than 5'4" ,  better to go with the standard Aquajogger belt

I have a very small waist so many products don't get tight enough but this one does - great fit - comfortable and doesn't slip up  - can pool swim for hours

I teach water aerobics and purchased this belt for myself and one of my clients and we are both thrilled with it.  It is definitely worth the money.  I have tried two other types of belts in the past and this one is by far the best.  It stays in place once it is fastened and so therefore there is no constantly adjusting as you are trying to workout.

I purchased this belt after reading the reviews about the other brands and styles "riding up".  My daughter and I are both petite and short waisted. It is comfortable on both of us, even though there is a 30# weight difference. I think that says a lot about the design. I like using this belt for water aerobics because you don't have to think about staying afloat; therefore, you can devote your energy to the muscle group you are working on. Honestly, it does work your abs when you wear it.
