I am a small person with a short waist.The belts at the Y ,I couldn't get it tight enough around my waist and by the end of the work out my back hurt. The aquajogger fits better, but the belt is elastic so I have to retighten it frequently, which means I have to stop to do it, which I don't like. I have tried using it in the up and down position, it still losens.

I wear my belt for all my water aerobics classes, and it is working just great. It is nice to have my own belt rather than trying to find one to fit at the club. I would recommend it.

I purchased the Fit belt, maximum resistant weights and love them. I am 5'1". The belt is for petite women and really fits well. It does not ride up under the breasts. The back angle seems to support the back more than the ones at the pool. It came in three days!
The weights give me a better workout. I'll shop with swim outlet again!

After having broken ankle surgery and 11weeks of immobility, I was so ready to exercise especially in our pool. After only 1 session I was a fan of the aqua jogger fit belt. Great product!

Bring petite and short- waisted, I found this product perfect for me in my deep water aerobics class. The elastic belt is great, and keeps the position you that you have set it...you don't have to keep readjusting it.
