Use as drag for swim practice,also train with an old jammer underneath.The fit is good ,I ordered my competition size,and the fit is snug around the legs (which is good) and Im able to adjust the waste perfectly with the drawstring.Perfect why I need it .

this product isnt really what it looks like in the picture ad, its like an oversized diaper and doesnt feel right not a good product
Suit has two layers - Inner layer/liner is normal size and outer layer is baggy drag layer. Your size depends on how baggy you want it. I have a 32 inch waist and I felt like a 28 or 26 would work best for me, but decided to just stick with wearing two suits
