I use this alot on my swimmers for breast stroke. Most kids have a wide kick. This product helps them narrow the kick,so they get more power from their kick. I have the swimmers put it just below thier knees. for younger swimmers I put a velcro strap around each leg strap to make it smaller so it stays tight on their legs.
