While these are designed to wear on the beach, I haven't gotten there, yet.  In the meantime, I exercise by walking in the water at the pool.  These Sockwa Beach Socks are awesome.  My feet felt like I was walking on padded carpet instead of the rough concrete pool.  I can walk for longer duration.  When I first took them out of the package, I thought "OH NO! they look so small"  I cautiously put them on and was very surprised, they did fit.  I'm going to order more for giving as gifts.

Great, I used it to swim on the gulf. To avoid cut from the sea shell and  sting ray bite.

I used this product for a beach ultimate frisbee tournament.
When I first tried them on I thought they were going to be too small, but they ended up fitting nice and snug without feeling tight (I'm a size 8 women's shoe, and bought a Small).  
The seems were a little bulky, and may have contributed to a blister mostly due to putting them on sandy feet.

I teach in the pool and i started to get blisters so i tired these pals out. They felt great in the water (a little small) but within an 2 hours of teaching they began ripping and falling apart. Im getting a bigger size so lets see how that goes.

My daughter won't go to the beach without them.  They fit snug and keep the sand and shells off her feet. Just wish they weren't so pricey.

I ordered the XS for my son for the pool because he tends to scrape his toes.  These fit him well, but probably could have used the size small instead of XS for a little extra room.  He wears a 12.5 (little kids) in a shoe.  My daughter should be able to wear them next year.
