I have been using the video for about two weeks and within the first few days of practicing the suggested drills I noticed an improvement in my times. I was usually averaging around 2:15-2:20 per 100 and now have been able to keep a pace under 2minute and that is on sets of 1000 yards. Overall the video quality is good. If you are looking for earth shattering drills and tips to make you faster asap you probably will not find it in the video. But if you practice the suggested drills (which some are tough) and drink a lot of pool water (lol), you will begin to see the fruit of your labor. I also bought zoomer fins which Kevin from Tri Swim Coach suggested and they have helped with the drills. I highly recommend buying them with the video! Now I don't drink as much water. :)
Don't feel excited about viewing again but desperately need to to advance in my swimming. Would be helpful to have audio illustration while he swims vs just watching with no audio. Of course there is tons of audio to instruct before he sets off to show how in the water.
I really liked this video. I took notes, placed them in a plastic folder in a binder and took them to the pool with me. The underwater photography is very helpful in seeing the proper stroke and body rotation. I have improved my breathing and feel better about my swimming. Looking forward to my first triathlon.
