I'm a 38D and I swim 2K three times a week. This top is great (thought I did take out the removable padding). It covers well out of the water, but also in water - there's no "floating out" at the top or on the sides. I was concerned about chafing around the neckline, but that's not been an issue. I actually like this top better than some of my racerback or X-back ones.

This top is more like a fashion swim top than a sports swim top. Without a racerback design, and with the additional padding (not necessary if it is for sport!) I don't think the advertisement was true to the product.

Nice construction with good coverage. The "soft cups" are just that, very thin. Was hoping it had an under wire, but it doesn't. If you are an "A" cup and looking for enhancement, this isn't for you. (The model in the photo online is very voluptuous on top, and fills it out nicely). If you are comfortable with your small bust and looking for a supportive top with good coverage, you will like it. Very cute pattern.
