It said one size fits all, however, my 9 yr. old daughter tried it on and it looked ridiculous~ it came to the middle of her stomach!  No coverage at all.  I thought it was going to be like a towel with a hood but it was more like a half shirt with a hood.  It would probably be perfect for ages 1 to 3.....
