I bought this for my 2-1/2 year old. The top just fits her and the skirt fits, but the elastic around the waist is uncomfortable. I wouldn't buy this for a child any older. I do plan on returning the costume as I don't think it's very good quality for the money.

Darling little showstopper. This toddler's waist measurement is 22", maybe a 23" waist could still fit. Could've been a little more generous or adjustable. Otherwise, its certainly worth the money.
