The fit is right although the medium on these is slightly larger than the medium of the all black ones with the white stitching. My main complaint is that the fabric on this pair is not as cute as the ones I got last year - the design is jus the yellow with blue overlay, there are not pink spots and flowers as in my previous pair that had a lot more going on with the design of the fabric.

I will be wearing this to swim with my 3 yr old daughter. The waist is wonderful and the front fits well. Love the pattern and how it matches the top. But, my backside is a problem. I''m a 38 yr old, 5 foot tall yoga teacher. I usually buy Speedo. I don''t seem to have enough of a rearend to fill out the boy short style, so you can see creases unless I keep the shorts pulled down low enough.
