My Nephew 21/2 loved them; he was not afarid to swim on his own with them on.
Theny also did not hurt or scratch his arms like the plain plastic ones do.

We bought these swimmies for our 2.75 year old daughter. They work  great and we like the fabric cover versus typical vinyl swimmies. I'd recommend them if it weren't for those fins. They just get in the way and make the swimmies less comfortable... my daughter likes to talk about the fishbites swimmies, but reaches for the vinyl swimmies. I didn't look super hard, but I wish I would have found a pair of fabric covered swimmies without the fins... my daughter and I would have both recommended them.

My Grandson loves the Swimmies and the quality of the product is GREAT!
